Intense group training workout, including cardio and floor work that gives members the most efficient and effective full body workout within a 60-minute period.

POWER BOXING

Just like Power Hour, Power Boxing adds elements of boxing to the floor exercise routine. Boxing is a full-body workout that is a tremendously fun way to workout.

POWER CIRCUIT

In this group workout we remove a part of the cardio program to add more floor exercises. It’s 60 minutes of circuit-training intensity. It’s one of the most efficient workouts in an hour.
